Kendall Dorie
Family Nurse Practitioner
A Michigan native, Kendall has called South Carolina home since 2017 and has been an essential part of Palmedica since 2018—back when it was Personalized Healthcare. After years working closely with our founder, Dr. William Scott, she stepped into the Clinical Director role in 2025.
Kendall specializes in managing chronic and acute illness across the lifespan, with a strong focus on:

She believes every person deserves high-quality, accessible healthcare delivered with empathy and clarity. Kendall lives in Simpsonville with her husband and their three daughters.
Joshua Bruce, APRN, MSN, FNP-C
Primary Care Provider
Josh joined Palmedica in 2025 to expand our traditional primary care program, bringing decades of healthcare experience with him. Originally from Spartanburg and now a proud Greenville resident, he provides exceptional care grounded in both expertise and connection.

With more than 25 years of experience, Gena leads Palmedica’s daily operations with unmatched organization, efficiency, and heart. A Mississippi native now living in Greer with her husband and daughter, she takes pride in ensuring every patient receives timely, attentive support.

Lynn Ellenburg, RN
Registered Nurse
Lynn has been the steady, compassionate presence at Palmedica’s nursing desk since 2017. A South Carolina native with over 30 years in healthcare, she is known for her warmth, patience, and dedication to every patient she serves.

Front Desk Coordinator
As the friendly face who greets patients and supports scheduling, Ansley helps set the welcoming tone Palmedica is known for. With a background in customer service, childcare, and healthcare administration, she brings professionalism and kindness to every interaction.
Ansley is currently pursuing her Billing and Coding degree (anticipated completion: 2026). Born in Anderson County and now living in Belton, she is proud to help create a smooth, stress-free experience from the moment you walk through our door.
